True SPF Protection!

Can anyone recommend a reliable sunscreen - I have very, very pale skin & I think I have tried every 30+ and 50+ from Boots on sale for my chest and neck (very vunerable area for me) and I still get freckles/sunburned!
Don't care about the price now, just want something that stops me from getting that burn...any recommendations?

I have sensitive skin and use a kids sun block and wear a hat. Someone told me his mother gets a perscription from the doctor for special sunscreen. I think that is a good idea.

my husband has ginger hair(although he calls it golden!) and very pale skin.He always uses P20 which is a non greasy clear gel and one application offers 10 hours protection.He has never burnt with this.It is about �20 for a 200ml bottle but worth the money.
