ebay question

Sorry guys I don't know where to put this and I need a quick answer!
Sold something on ebay to a US buyer. Want to send invoice but ebay has automatically removed the UK postage but everytime I enter the US postage and press 'recalculate' it doesn't recalculate. I can't send the invoice or I'll be about �5 out of pocket. I've emailed ebay but they haven't responded. Anybody encountered this and how did you solve it?
