faulty goods returned but no response
I purchased a �25 fake tanning kit which, although applied correctly, was a complete failure. My (engineer) husband said it was due to the spray nozzle variation that the result was so patchy. I returned the goods with a detailed letter by recorded delivery and, to date, have received no response, even though I have now written twice. What do you suggest I do next?
