Should gross women wear low-cut jeans and thongs?

I was in Brighton today, the Lanes, and there was a group of three drunk women, cackling from boutique to boutique. They had the usual half-witted look and were giggling constantly as though they had just invented humour although in truth people were steering clear of them because I suspect they were afrighted that they might have escaped from somewhere secure. One in particular however caught my eye, only briefly of course, because she had a MASSIVE bum, jeans hanging down, and a red stained thong clearly visible poking up from the bumcheeks, horribly visible. I was disgusted.

I wasn't looking, I was shopping, but I couldn't help but notice that the really enormous one climbed into a MGF 'sports car' (oh dear help us all) and drove off waving and shouting "Look at me, how cool am I !!" and I thought you should take a bit of care incase the traffic lights are red.

We have a couple of women like this at work. They're both rather large and seem to wear tight trousers and tight tops with their blubbery bits hanging out. I'm definitely no skinny minny and I have a bit of a spare tyre thing going on but I don't go around showing it off.
