I can recommend http://www.fashionspecsdirect.co.uk/.

VERY cheap glasses, and top service. I bought mine from there, and when I got them, the arms were a bit mis-aligned, so I called, and the guy sent me another pair for free, having checked them beforehand himself. I diddn't even have to send the other ones back. I paid about �17 all in for mine!
