BId up TV plus Big Savngs Club
I wondered if anyone can help me with this, a couple of months ago I bought a duvet set from BidUp TV. Shortly after I was sent a welcome pack from "the big savings club". I thought nothing of this untill this week when they took 99 out of my bank account using the card details I gave to bid up tv. I(apparently this is the cost of a years membership) have asked for a refund which has been refused because apparently I was meant to call and cancel my 30 day free trial within 30 days!!!!!!!! I was not even aware of this as when I got my "welcome pack" wich I Idismissed as junk mail! Can anyone help me get my money back?

Sorry to say it but I don't know if you will be entitled to a refund. I also got this when i made a purchase but it was explained to me by Bid/Price Drop TV that I would be getting this pack for a free period of 30 days and if I did not want it, I would need to phone to cancel. It was also in the welcome letter from The Big Savings Club to phone and cancel if you did not want to join.
