Home delivery..

Just ordered my first online grocery home delivery! It was really very easy, happy I don't need to face the crowds! We do a months shopping at a time, so it's a chore! Anyone here regularly do their food shopping online?

I will never do food either - I had a friend who tried this for a while and they said it was too easy to be palmed off with any old stuff. Tins and packets maybe, but then if I am going in to get proper food, why bother.

It's all standard stuff I've ordered, washing powder/dry pasta/butter/ect.. ect.. stuff I always get from their store. I used a promotional code they sent me & got free delivery too!

We shop a month at a time know, it's such a boring event! lol! xxx

I only buy cleaning materials, toiletries, toilet and kitchen rolls, tin foil and similar, and dry goods from my supermarket.

I get my meat from the butchers, fish from the market and veg from the greengrocers or farm shop.

I have my supermarket shopping delivered every six weeks. Excellent service.

No, I agree, I would never buy fresh meat/ veg. Like to choose my own!

things have to go back as they are damaged
they put the salad in the bottom of the bag
and heavy things on top ...hope you don't
get any probs !!

Well they always deliver during the allotted space, the nice man carries the shopping in for me, and no problems that haven't been sorted out very quickly.

I've been shopping that way for 3 years.

Well it was a Godsend when I was housebound and unable to drive or use public transport.

Home shoping has it's niche! The last few weekends for us have been busy! We just didn't get the free time to get it done, it's a two person trip! Anyway, job done! xxx
