Selling on e-bay

hi everyone,

i am selling a phone on e-bay and i have received an e-mail from someone offering a large amount of money for it. she says is buying it for a friend who lines in south africa. all i have to do is forward my paypal account details....

but when i clicked on her e-bay name, it said she was no longer a registered user, but that she had only joined last night!
it also states that this person is from germany....

please advise.
