Do HM Samuel fix watches too? My gf's watch needs fixing. It's not battery replacement but screw missing and we dont know where to take it.

Any jeweller should be able to do it for a small fee, or even free if it's not much work.

Avoid H Samuels. From past experience they only employ till operators.

And overcharge...small little shop should be able to mend it at little cost.
