Dont believe what i have just seen!

Just looked out the window and there was a young man and a small girl and a teenager obviously taking a unit around to one of the flats, the little girl was about six and wearing a tight t shirt skinny jeans and heels, omg she looked like shirley temple tarted up!!!

I find it frightening!

I used to live on a corner but an entrance to the park and some of the things the young girls used to wear used to terrify me especially as in a park you never know who is around and could be watching them for their own sick pleasure or worse.

jenna she is just a baby, what are her parents thinking of, you cant tell me that little scrap asked to wear this!!!!

I guess for her it's like dress up :( I would hope so anyway!

It is worrying how much more aware of their sexuality children are these days despite not necessarily having the maturity to deal with the issues surrounding it.

One of the worst I saw was the whole having a G string visible...tacky on adults and just plain disturbing on children! I can't imagine they really understand but it's just a copycat fashion statement and almost like an open invitation to paedophiles.

I often go shopping with my mum for baby and children's clothes for family and friends' children and so many things are just adult clothing in smaller sizes, what happened to children looking like children :(

jenna well understand what you are saying, and people power is the answer, when some chains were selling bras and scanty knickers for little ones, responsible parents complained and told the media also, and these items were removed, and believe me the outlets were quite high profile!!!!

yeah, they dress like mini adults. i think kids should be kids and dress like kids. when i was that age, i was more interested in playing out than what i looked like lol

Mini Boo's 3 n half and I wouldnt dream of making her dress like this now or in the future. Apart from it looking horrific no matter what age, it's terribly Chavtastic!

Infact, when I think about it, Mini Boo's spent most of this summer wearing cuttoff jeans (into 3/4 length) and teeshirts-looking every inch what she is, a tomboyish child who loves playing outside.

My 5yr old twins (one of each) wear what I give them and I make sure they don't wear what we in our household discribe as tackytart clothes.

It's almost as if the (very) young mums either want a toy to dress up or they haven't the brain power to see what they are doing to their children.


I know that I will be called a snob or worse (well so be it) but to a large degree what people wear and dress their children in shows where they live.

For me the bottom line is peodophile bait.

boo rubbish one of my mates had her first baby at 39 and the second at 42!!!
