Little Changes...Big Difference
7 Answers
What small changes could you make in your life which could make a big difference to you?
Now I've moved and ex is out of sight (not quite out of mind, but getting there) I feel so so much more relaxed and chilled out. Smoking less, eating less...all kinds of things.
Swapped my walk to work for a commute and loving just relaxing on the tram listening to my music and feel a lot more relaxed coming in.
And, of course, not forgetting my lovely Heathcliffe the furry monster :)
Over the past few months I've been making little changes, listening to the radio at work (great girlie solidarity singing along :)), going out for lunch etc... and amazing how the little things can add up and make a big difference.
So what could you do?

I do a 3 month plan of things I want to achieve. Like you since I get rid of my ex I have been flying in terms of confidence.
Just got myself a nice new car which was on top of my list but took me a year to get it as I had to save.
I'm off on holiday then when i get back got plans to make my house nicer just change a few little things and de clutter.
All you have to do is believe in yourself the little things do make all the difference x

It's a good feeling isn't it :)
I've been thinking of doing certain things for ages but never got round to them, moving out of the city centre, learning to drive, getting a cat, getting back into more voluntary and charity work and back involved in hobbies.
Over the past month or so I have moved, got a cat, passed my theory test, started driving lessons, e.mailed for info about voluntary work and made enquiries about riding lessons and joining a local choir.
Driving is key as I realised that not being able to drive was holding me back from other things I wanted to do like getting to riding schoos, driving to places for days out and photography, other hobbies etc...
It's shame it was the breakdown of my relationship which gave me the kick to do things I should have done earlier.
I feel like I've been existing in day to day life but now is the time to start living :)
