moisturiser stain on trousers

Can anyone please help me?? I have a pair of green combat trousers which i have accidently got moisturiser on ( about a 50p size) , i have tried washing 2x but its still there ??? any advice ... thanks to anyone who replies !

I usually spray Vanish stain remover, pre wash, onto any clothes stains, leave for a couple of minutes before they go in the washer. This usually works.
Its best to do it as soon as possible so im unsure if it will work after 2 washes. It may be worth a try, but leave the Vanish on a little longer before you wash them again.
