Spoof pressies for 50th birthday - suggestions please

My best friend is 50 soon and I want to make up a big bag of spoof pressies. So far I've got Sanatagen wine, a hairnet, plastic rainhood, Werthers Originals, Tena Lady, an Oxfam beige cardigan & a Singalongamax LP. Any more suggestions please?

In it are pictures of all those useful items from the mags in the Sunday supplements (portapotties, bibs for dribbling adults etc)
