Tesco just declined us a refund.

Hi

I have just been to tesco to take back a picture frame we bought on Christmas eve, that was intended as a gift so i coul send family photo's of the little one.

The problem is it broke, so i took it back to tesco this morning, and they refused to refund me today and said i had to come back tomorrow, others where being told the same. They are happily taking money off people but yet they are refusing to refund people today.

Are they legally allowed to do this?

Typical Tesco, they're making so much money they don't really care about their customers!

Thats apalling customer service take it back again today and demand money for your wasted journey yesterday as well . Good luck

apparantly next and debenhams were not doing refunds too today either, so it wasnt just tescos... a pain i know.
