A teenage girl who always dresses differently in victorian clothes i think, becomes a nanny and then ends up falling for the childrens dad ( her employer). He makes cartoon mermaids or something for his job ( i think) upin his loft. I know when they are up there he mentions coral. don't know if that could be her name?
