Hello

Can anyone recommend some perfume suggestions for me? I tend to like clean, fresh, uplifting fragrances and have previously worn Aqua Di Gio and Hugo Boss Woman. I do not like heavy musky fragrances or anything too flowery. I'm looking for something with maybe grapefruit/lemongrass hints but do not want to trawling through a whole shelf!
If anyone can think of something that might appeal please let me know and I'll go hunting.

Many thanks
Cosmic

hmm what about estee lauder pure white linen fresh (i think thats what it's called - its in a green bottle)
or try some othes from the same makers you have liked already - i found that i liked 1 Ck scent and then liked most of the others
I too am a lover of Aqua Di Gio so with that in mind, you may like the following:

-Touch of Pink - Lacoste
-? - Armani (comes in the gold wrapper with a rubber button. Sorry can't remember the name but it is really nice)
-CK One (good old faithful)

Hope this helps. Will let you know if I can think of any others.
Cool Water by Davidoff is nice and fresh.
I like very similar perfumes to you Cosmic. May favourite of the moment is Isabella Rossellini's (sp?) My Manifesto, the perfume seems to last all day too which is quite unusual. Have you tried Issey Miyake's L'eau D'Issey? That has a definite tang of melon about it and is quite subtle and non-flowery, it has a mossy undertone.
In response to DaisyMae, I also like L'eau Dissey but keep this as my 'going out' perfume as I think it is a bit to strong for day to day wear. Jean Paul Gaultier is another 'going out' fav of mine.

hi cosmic, i like new west, you can only buy it at the perfume shop, it's a really fresh clean smell and people often ask me what it is, if you have one of these shops near you just try it, it's very nice xxx
Daisy by Marc Jacobs is heavenly...

Hi - if you like L'eau d issey but feel it is too expensive, a very good smell-a-like is Isis by Marks & Spencer.

My favourite of the clean smells is Aqua Allogoria Herbe Fresca by Guerlain - kind of minty or like basil and thyme - a 'green' smell
and these people are very good as well

I ordered on a sunday and received the delivery on the wednesday

Sorry for delay Cosmic, think this is a little late now but yes the armani one is called She.

Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue is a nice one as well.

Thanks rcl.

I got some good responses and went spraying accordingly with various testers. Have to say that some were not my cup of tea - a little too full on for my liking but I did like She by Armani and also the White Linen Light Breeze which the 1st responder suggested. I have also tried D&G's Light Blue and quite like that one too.

So I've bought little versions of all three!! Testers being sold on E-bay!!

Thanks for everyone's responses - much appreciated x
Hi,
Try D&G Light Blue
