I want to have my teeth whitened. Having researched as much as I can I have found three options that appear to be the best but I don't know which one to go for! Crest Whitestrips have mostly good reviews and are cheap on eBay but teeth sensitivity and ease of use appear to be problems with this product. The dentist is obviously the safer option but at 250 the most expensive. And then there is the pen product, this one http://www.bridalbeautywhite.com/ appears to have good reviews but isn't availabe in the UK.

Any suggestions / ideas? I appreciate this subject has been covered in the answerbank but not specifically comparing these products so please bear with me! Thank you. :-)

I only use the whitening strips. I know they can leave the teeth more sensitive but what I do is,after using the strips rub Sensodyne on my teeth and that does the trick.

That's a great idea! Have you got the supreme strongest strength and do you think it works well? Thank you :-)
