a zanussi or a bosch?

Is it worth the extra (very hard to find) �120 for a bosch??

bosch seems to be quieter of the two - mine hasn't broke down yet and it's at least 4 years old - john lewis are good - warranty incl.

I've had both, and Bosch seem better. However, if they break down, as ours did, they cost a fortune in repairs. Typically, our guarantee'd just run out, although it was an extended one.

I had a bosch from John Lewis( took their insurance ) never had any trouble with until it was 8 years old then it broke down and I had a new one from the insurance. All our kitchen appliances are Bosch - think it is worth the extra money.

i have to get it from our local shop. They are replacing a rubbish hotpoint. Otherwise I would go to john lewis.

I love whirlpool and much cheaper than Bosch - I do at least 10 loads a week and have had it for about 7 years and not a single problem - touch wood!!!

Bosch!!! Without a doubt! I replaced my 10 yr old Bosch only last week with another. The repair man advised me to get either a Bosch or a Candy- he didn't have a good word to say for any other brand. x

I've had a Zanussi now for 12 years and never had a problem with it. ( touch wood )

Bosch always seems to come out top in product tests, I know it came out top of a recent Which test
