After recently purchasing a digitech DVR and camera system I have encountered a problem with the PC viewer programme, USB programming, the software is installed into my Windows XP laptop but the picture on screen through laptop is an indistinguishable, lurid, green and purple, and the screen is shown in duplicate on single camera catch mode and eightfold in quid mode ( the DVR is4 channel ) I hope this makes sense to someone as I am complete novice for computer and DVR!!!
Any help will be very much appreciated.
