Good morning.

I was up at 1.30 tidying the house, hija rushed in after her 00.00 stint at work, ate the remaining paella (I smuggle it out in a bag), bones all over the kitchen and rice, the bathroom was a tip as was the lounge, so I pottered and did it all, I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep! Then I counted sheep, but halfway through I wondered why they had to jump a fence, felt sorry for them, and sent them all back to the beginning and started again and with colours, black ones, white ones, blk/wht ones and brown ones, no good, so startd thinking about Ed Gein the murderer, (cos I am reading about him at the mo), I remember seeing the time at 3.25 and then I must have slept. I was going to come on here but didn't want to distub Mr N.

Law and Order was good last night, yep. I guessed who it was!! I congratulated myself.

I have a weird tum this morning too Robi, caused I think by an excess of little cherry plums. Mr LL collected three large icecream tube full from the garden and I keep picking at them.

Oh and size 16 trousers (because of my huge waist) and size 18 tops and sometimes a 20, more because of my shoulders and back than boobs, which are not big but not miniscule either!!!

(I would like trousers with a size 16 waist and 14 thighs and somewhere in the middle for hips)

Oh and good on you Jude for booking to see Dylan and Knoffler. I am not a particular fan of either, but I ended up looking at all the current up and coming gigs because I suddenly felt the need to go to one. I had no luck.
I would actually love to fly off somewhere to see Take That and Robbie. Radiohead have nothing, Neil Diamond nothing at the moment, same for Elbow, and as for The Stones, I haven't a chance in hell!!

I've just been robbed, my purse was taken out of my zipped up bag, I can't believe it as I am one of the most careful people in the world with my bag. The joke's on them though, only about 12€ in there (my coffee money for the week) and euromillion ticket for tomorrow, will havet o go shop and inform them in case it wins, that would be a b*gger.

Found the ideal outfit for the wedding, just what I want but 204€ and that is with 20% off, and the jacket is white not the grey/green that the rest is. Even if I could scrape the money together I wouldn't buy it cos I may not like it by May. Anyway I may see something more suitable and cheaper!!

Oh dear Neti!! Not nice though even though you haven't loss much. My bag got snatched in Rome by two guys on Lambrettas with a cunning plan. It had my sunglasses, some tissues and a small purse with very little in it. Fortunately, I was clever enough to know of Rome's reputation. However, it was still a shock when it got whipped away from me.

I never carry all my cards together in the purse for this reason, they are zipped into the bag itself. I am so bluddy cross, with kyself for not feeling it. There is an old pouf who barged into me 2x but I am sure it's not him.

At least they didn't get my Android phone. I cannot understand how they found the purse as I had a new pair of Gladiator sandals in there, a pair of flipflops that I had just bought and a rolled up mag amongst the detritus that I always have. It must have been when I was putting the flipflops in the bag having put the purse in first but can't work it out. Grrrr........

a'noon...oh neti, what a rotten so and so! I'd be devastated, it's not about how much they take, it's the awfulness of being 'invaded' like that. I'll cosmically order a nasty purple rash for them so you can spot them if you're near again. I try if possible to not put my keys in my bag 'cos anyone taking your bag has access to your house as well & you'd have to rush to have the locks changed. (chances are something in your bag has your name & address on)

well I was pottering about outside, or was it gossipping over the hedge? :o) Poor lady next door (not the newbie) has got sciatica so she's not comfy whether she's sitting or standing...anyway we were suddenly invaded by flying ants, yuk. Got to go back out to water my tubs, it's very close & they soon wilt.

lol at the sheep...I don't like not sleeping but I don't let it wind me up. I'm a brilliant day dreamer, always have been, haha...or I listen to radio, middle of the night phone ins are very good sometimes...or I do soditko :o)

Ok Lottie, we'll do the thousand & then we'll be orf...I'd better do something before the day's over, I seem to have done nothing today but talk :o)

Not a bad day here ,dull and overcast but warm .I've been a virtuous soul and washed some windows and bathroom curtains .Just waiting for them to dry to put back up.My brother came round this morning and brought me some tomatoes and lettuce from his greenhouse, bless him .

What a rotten toad Neti .I hope their fingers shrivel up and drop orf .
I had my bag stolen some years ago from work .Myself and my colleague .They crept into the back of the bakery while we were out front in the shop.and nicked our bags .
I had to have all my locks changed . Lost fifty quid , a beautiful leather purse that had been a present from my in laws and lots of personal things of sentimental value .
And of course you have the aggro of cancelling cards and stuff .
It sounds silly but to this day I'm still annoyed about it !
I carry very little with me these days .

I'd be annoyed too shaney, I've got little personal bits that would mean nothing to anyone. I carried a little chicaboo monkey around with me for years that an auntie bought for me when I was in hospital. One day I realised I'd be heartbroken if I lost or had him stolen so he had to stay home, but not alone, I've got other soft toys :o)

What a rotton s*d Neti. I'm glad there wasn't a lot of money in it. It's still maddening though. It's never happened to me but my Dad was burgled when he lived on his own and they took lots of Crown Derby but left Mum's jewellery. The police said it was druggies looking for things that would sell easily. Opportunists I think they called them. I know he was insured but soe of the china was gilded my my Grandma (Mum's Mum) who worked at Crown Derby for many years as a gilder.

I am on midnight taxi duty tonight as hija did a "Lottie" and came in at 10am after a night of carousing, and she had to work at 16hrs, but there's no way I was letting her drive, although she seemed OK, so just hanging around at the moment!
