Has anyone else had dreadful problems with Uggbootshop.com.au. My boots arrived faulty on 28/2 and I still have not received my money back or had a replacement pair. All they will offer is a repair and I understandably don't want that. My shoe repairer says they are so badly made that there is not enough room for the sole to fit between the webbing on the upper. Would love to speak to others in same boat as I can't be the only one!
