2 Year old Steam station

Hi, my mum has a 2 year old steam station and my dad reckons the motor has gone in it, we cant seem to find anywhere on line that does the model number anymore, does anyone know if they will be able to still purchase a motor for it eventhough its not a recent one, if so where would i start searching, they have telephoned Kenwood which is the make of it, but because they bought it from Argos they need the catalogue number to be able to help them, but obviously they no longer have a 2 year old Argos book any longer ( who would ) so they are stuck.
