Can anyone recommend a GOOD tooth whitener/kit? There are so many on the shelves you could spend a fortune trying each of them. Something that is not too complicated a programme to use either as some of them involve you sitting for an hour twice a day with a strange gum shield in your mouth!

In any product tests that I have seen, the Boots Expert kit always comes top - and it doesn't use an abrasive to whiten (and therefore damage) your teeth

The best you can get are Crest White Strips. They work so well. Take about a week but the results are amazing. I got mine when I was in Canada but I think you can buy them on Amazon. They are these little strips you peel off and put on your teeth for 1/2 hour or hr. They are fab.
