How do I get these Gamecube & PS2 games from U.S. (Format:NSTC) compatibly formatted to play on the European version of Gamecube and PS2 consoles?

im not exactly sure but in the older ps1 days,as long as you were connected via scart,ntsc games would play properly(in colour)

so i guess the same still applies

 

so long as they were connected by Scart AND you had a NTSC compatible TV - most modern tv's are NTSC compatible
You can't do it legally on the PS2 as far as I know (it involves modifying your console ) for the GameCube, you want to look for a disc called FreeLoader. It should be about �15-20 and will let you play any game from any region on your PAL cube.
