Typically what % should you haggle for when buying High St goods like a TV ,PC etc? Ie a TV for £650 is £600 a fair price to negotiate?

Open at 15%, settle for 10%. You'd be surprised how many shops will agree.
I always haggle if i'm paying by cash...

i had a great time haggling in New York in the backstreet shops in Chinatown....

my dad taught me well..!!!!
I wouldn't work out a percentage. whatever you offer first they won't accept. they'll suggest another figure and you'll meet in the middle of the 2.

you offer £500 with a sob story. they say £600 is the lowest they'll go. you settle on... £560.
