How many questions should i ask at an interview? and what should i ask

here are my q's- hope thay r ok
what is a typical work weed? are over time expected?

why has this position come available?

how many people will there be in the team?

is there a probation period? if so how long?

how will my performance be monitored and how often?

do you have any training development program for staff?

What is a typical work week? No need to ask if you are going to be full time (expect mon to fri). You could ask HR what are the normal working hours although they should tell you this.

Over time expected? I would word this as "Will there be the chance of overtime"?

Is there a probation period? if so how long? Would not ask this one.

Will will my performance be monitored and how often? Would not ask this one.

Whitebears you should be asking how business has been and also ask your interviewer if they enjoy working for the company. Ask these questions during the course ofr the interview, the interviewer will probably ask you at the end if you have any questions, you should then tell them that you feel they have covered every aspect very well and that they sound very enthusiastic about their business, flattery is a great way of impressing someone.

No don't take notes, that would probably come across as rude and distracting in a one to one interview, if it is a group assessment then yes you can take notes about the exercises and to clarify verbal instructions, but you need to listen and be naturally responsive and focused in a one to one.
