Glow e-telecom

My friend has an internet connection through Glow e-telecom, but last Wednesday it suddenly stopped working. It seems that Glow were having trouble with their computer which recognises names and passwords. However, it has not been possible to contact Glow by phone as it seems to have been taken off the hook. The internet connection and phone are even now still not operative, and I wondered if anyone has any news, please.

Oh dear. This crowd seem to be having problems above and beyond "server snags" that spokespeole have been putting out. The fact that it happened on the first of the month might be a clue, and some people are saying that Glow has gone into Administration (sort of bankruptcy) Note to ABed - I am not saying this, and am merely reporting some suspicions held by others Here is a link to a discusion on this topic.
