I went into Lloyds Bank today to open an account for my 18 month only son. I was asked for his Birth Certificate,rightly so, then came the ludicrous request " You have to bring child in to see if He is real"!!!! So a Birth Certificate is pointless as I could go into the Street and ask anyone with an 18 month child if I could "borrow" him for a couple of minutes. After 20 minutes arguing I gave up!!
