Faulty moile hone
I bought a mobile phone in December. It was working fine but has suddenly stopped taking pictures. Just says image not captured. I rang customer services ad they said it must be a fault in the pohne and to take it back to the shop. I bought it in Tescos but unfortunately did not retain the receipt. What are my rights now if I retun it to Tesco. I had a look today and they don't have the same phone so I wouldn't relly want a credit note. Would they have to get me a similar replacement or else refund me? Or can they do nothing if I don't have the receipt.

They said they couldn't do anything since it was over 28 days since it was purchased but gave me their customer services number to ring. When I rang they took my details, said they would send me out a bag in which to return phone and they would either repair or replace so a happy ending, hopefully!
