I need some expert help in the 'What to wear" department! I am only '5 tall, size 10 on top and 8 on the bottom so I have quite wide shoulders and have slim hips and legs although they are shortish and skinny calves, weird shape yeah! I really would like to wear a dress to a wedding I am attending but not sleeveless as I do not like my upper arms and nothing too young either as I am 40, I am not very fair skinned but not dark at all, and have long blonde hair. Can anyone help? T.I.A.
