We bought this one:
which is excellent for our purposes (and its on sale now!), but if you wanted to spend a bit more, you could get a smoothie maker which can also crush ice
I bought one last year, used it for about a week. It now sits in the back of the cupboard gathering dust. It's a novelty which soon wears off. Dont think you can just lob any old fruit & veg in and out comes a delicious drink. There is so much preparation, it becomes tedious. Then there's the cleaning up........
The only kitchen gadget I can really recommend is a popcorn maker. We use it every night.
We have a popcorn maker that is in regular use - its other name is a saucepan!
Heat a little oil - add a handful of popcorn (which should be kept in the fridge) - put on the lid - shake the pan over a good heat until the popping stops - take off lid, add a knob of butter & a sprinkle of salt - enjoy!
