Exercise bike or cross trainer?
0 Answers
I've been looking for an exercise bike to buy recently, but then found a cross trainer, which I really like the idea of (being able to stand up too)... but I got confused thinking that there were 'cycle' pedals on them.
So then I came across a 'cycle cross trainer' - but there still doesn't seem to be any 'cycle' pedals on it?
So, is there much difference between an exercise bike and sitting down to use a cross trainer? If there are no cycling pedals on the combination cycle cross trainer, then I don't want to pay the extra money for them... I don't think - that's what I need your help for!
Does it feel like an exercise bike when you use the seat and pedal on a cross trainer, or is it completely different?
Thanks in advance.
