I HAVE TWO ANSWERS but cant work out why can anyone explain them to me being a bit thick today too much sport going on can;'t concentrate 12a) dorset matron to get out of shower ?E?O?S?R?T?R i know it must be an anagram of dorset matron but where does the shower come in? and 17D) concerning a suggestion to drop murray ?P?O?O? again i have apropos as given by someone earlier but where does the murray bit come in, thanks for any explanation

By the way, Al Murray is the real name of "The Pub Landlord". A beautiful British name :)
