Old oil stains on linen shirt. How do I get rid?

Unfortunately these stains are on one of my favourite shirts. The stains are months old and nothing will shift them. Am I too late? Are there any 'coloured stain pens' available where you can cover the stain like a permanent marker pen?

Go to your local DIY store and buy a can (if you don't already have one) of WD-40... the lubricant... spray the stain thoroughly and let it set for about 15 minutes, the using the dish soap (ya'll call it 'washing up liquid', no?) you have under the kitchen sink, pour some (undiluted with water) directly on the WD-40 soaked stain. Scrub with an old toothbrush under very hot water. You may have to repeat this step a time or two. Use a dish soap that has as few perfumes and colorants as possible...In other words cheap!
Or, find a product made of citrus oil. Here in the U.S., we have 'CitrSolve' brand. Use it sparingly and keep it, as much as possible, directly on the stained area. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, then using a dampened tea towel or other such cloth, iron the stain under a steam iron with the cloth on it. Seems to work well for us...
Good luck!
