i don't understand your question - how are breathalysers dangerous? using them while driving? Confused!
Here's a useless piece of info for you TWR..

My mobile broke, refused to stay switched on, you'd switch it on, it'd start plinky plonking, then switch itself off.

Mr Boo fixed it by banging it hard on the kitchen table- aint technology grand?

Re-read the Q Bednobs I don't think it'd difficult to absorb.
I'm with bednobs on this one, I don't understand what you mean by "as dangerous as the breathalyser"
Do you mean as dangerous as drink driving?

If you do...I agree, it is as just as dangerous.
i have read the question about 10 times now and still makes no sense. Is english your first language?
in case it isn't your 1st language, a breathalyser is an instrument used by the police to see if you are over the limit with regards to alcohol for driving. it is NEVER used whilst going along, the police pull you over then you use it (experience speaking here!) so i cannot for the life of me see how using it is as dangerous as using a mobile phone whilst driving, sorry. Also, it's the police/cps that fine and prosecute you, not the breathalyser, although they use evidence collected by the breathalyser (on the side of the road/at the police station to help their case
