The system just timed out and gave me an error message too (after I'd spent several minutes rummaging through my recycling bin to find a receipt!).

Chris ive been trying to use it since yesterday! i wish they stop advertising it when something that doesnt work! maybe they have found loads of products that are more expensive than other supermarket so they dont want to refund the difference to us?
