Manuka Honey 20 +

Hey all,

Went to the Dr today as have a throat infection and it is making my tongue realllly sore!
He has given me antibiotics, but also told me to use Manuka honey 20 strength 4 times a day with some lemon and hot water.

We have looked in loads of supermarkets and they do 5 and 10 strength, but none do 20! Is there really that much of a difference?

I got some 10 strength as figured some is better then none, but just wondered about it really!

I heard that Manuka honey is worthless in terms of its particular health benefits when it is warmed beyond a certain temperature.

Anyone know if only using 10 strength will make that much of a difference?

a quick google tells me it has anti bacterial properties, however, sorry i dont know the difference between 5 and 10 and 20
