Country of Origin - again.
AB Ed - a couple of us here in England, recommended an Argos store to Peanut. Peanut replied that he was in New York & asked whether they have Argos stores there. Of course we wouldn't know that - so it would help (as I've suggested many times before) if you had a country of origin facility.
Are you any nearer to getting this sorted out?

We've had cases of questions not reading correctly or what appears to be poorly phrased and ABank users have moaned at these in the past only to discover that the poster speaks English as a secondary language and had done extremely well to make the post in the first place.
It Would only require an extra (optional) entry in your profile when joining. This could easily be displayed next to the users name. e.g. smudge (UK) Fri 25/2/05
Cetti - I do remember the confusion with the bird episode - what fun!
Also, what's the point asking where you can buy something, only to find the questioner lives thousands of miles away?
Wraith - If you look back on category search, you will see that I posted on here & e-mailed AB Ed last year, asking for this facility. I also suggested exactly that - the country being a suffix after the username:
smudge (UK) Sat 26/02/05
The country could be entered at registration, etc. Now what could be more simpler than that? Thank you again all.
