recycle bin
4 Answers
This is probably a very silly question....If I delete pictures from the F drive, they go into the recycle bin first. When I then empty the recycle bin, is the space just created on the F drive? i.e., is the recycle bin attached to a particular drive?
Apologies to those of you who are currently tearing your hair out at my stupidity. It gives a whole new meaning to my username!

If I download a game, which obviously uses up a lot of space, can I direct it to F or G or does it go by default to C? (Sorry, this is a different question, but it is for the same purpose).

Most things will give you the option to change the drive it's installed to during the install procedure, you may have to select advanced or custom install instead of express when given the option though.
If you select custom (or similar) then you will be asked where you want to install it and it will show a path something like "C:\program files\name of game" all you have to do is change the letter C at the beginning to the letter of the drive you want to install it to (F in this instance I guess).
