ive just sold an item on eBay and it says that the item was paid using paypal 2 days ago but ive logged into my paypal accound and the money isn't there ? Is it because the money doesn't show up until the item has been received or am i being scammed ? thanks

Dont dispatch goods till you get a receipt of payment from Paypal

is there anything on your email from Ebay about it being a pending payment ? that happens if it is what they call an "e cheque" , the funds have to clear from the buyer's account first and you will be notified when the payment is in your account,then you can send the item.
