do Comet usually ring you to say that they are on their way?

I am waiting for a delivery today and they advised that it can be anytime between 7am -6pm. It's a long time to wait in.

they certainly never used to call. i was once given that time slot but told "dont worry, lorry gets loaded in london so wont be in norfolk too early" The delivery arrived prior to 7am and woke me up lol
