After much searching a friend of mine ended up getting someone wo was going to the USA to pick up his Live Strong band, which is the yellow Lance armstrong one.  There are now tons of other charity wristbands around and all are available from various sources, eg the blue anti-bullying ones from Radio 1 and the pink breast cancer ones from Dorothy Perkins.  But Live Strong is a trade name referring to the yellow bands.

BritishWristBands have them at extortionate prices but I'm not even sure if any of them are "official" or if the money goes to the right place.

I've got a pink one (Breast Cancer Awareness), a yellow one (LiveStrong), a white [hi-light it] one (Make Poverty History), a blue one (Beat Bullying) and a black one (LiveWrong) but all from America.

Except the blue one which I beat up a little kid for.

you can get them from e-bay but that would just be deffeating the object lol!
