But that doesn't explain what they are, just says they are for giving information to people who are on the autistic/asberger's spectrum. It also says that the concept is trademarked and you can't call anything written by anyone else a social story......

If the link explains what a social story is I'm sure it'll also give clues on how to go about formatting one.

Why don't you read the link for yourself and figure out how to do it instead of trying to sneakily get folk on here to do it for you?

Essentially, they're to spell out to those on the autistic spectrum how a given social situation works and how they might respond to it. So this one might involve helping a child understand the process of losing a friend.

Can't write it for you, though, you'd really need someone with experience to halp you.

- Use your imagination and create in your mind what you think would take place between you and this person.

- Start by writing down your ideas in simple point form. Then develop these points into sentences and paragraphs. Not difficult to do, just use your imagination.

no idea, computer14. Do your local schools have special-needs teachers who could point you in the right direction? It can be tricky getting it right as to some extent you need to try to tailor it to the particular level of disability the child has.

It would seem that you are the wrong person to write this particular social story if you don't know how to do it. If you are a student and don't know how to complete an assignment then you need to speak to your teacher/lecturer and ask for further assistance.
