If I were you I would contact the BBC direct as it was Broadcast in April 2012 on BBC North West.
You can view the giant Puppets on You Tube, but not sure if the BBC have made a DVD of the Titanic celebrations available to buy.
The same Company did the giant Spider for the Capital of Culture celebrations in 2008.
