Hi,
I'm stitching a table runner for Easter and would love to get some tips for keeping the part I'm not working on folded up. At the moment I am using two hair dressing clips but there must be some smarter ways out there. It's too thick for even large pins. Thanks in advance!

To be honest I always use an large tapestry frame but would rolling it on the inner cardboard tube from a kitchen roll help? You could still use your hairclips to keep it rolled up.
Inside tube of kitchen roll....slit open. But keep whole as it were..roll up cloth put inside with new bit hanging out ??? Blue peteresque I know but might do !
