I rediscovered this old radio up in the attic. It still works although the body frame needs a bit of restoration. Any idea do these radios create any interest among radio collectors?. Thanks

Just searched ebay for pilot radio ... http://tinyurl.com/pzmlsnt
As they're American, they only rarely turn up in UK auction houses but one fetched a couple of hundred dollars on eBay USA three months ago:

Being AC/DC sets, they're potentially lethal (because that usually means a live chassis) so you can't legally sell them as working radios in the UK. You have to sell them using the description of "collectors item only - does not comply with modern PAT testing requirements" but there's nothing to prevent you from adding "in working order" to such a description.

When I get a big win on the National Lottery the one thing I know that I'll do with the money is to start seriously collecting old radios. Until then I've decided to stop buying them. (There's a lovely old Bakelite model, fully working,on the far side of my room). So, regrettably, I can't make you an offer at the moment ;-)

They're certainly lovely radios though:
