have actually made changes to the AB??? I have seen many suggestions been made on here but none actually put into force that I am aware of. I ask mainly cause everytime i look here on suggestions, which is only once fortnightly I see the same old questions. Examples... whatever happened to chatterbank? shouldnt we have a hobbies section? Cant you ban ....(we all know who, but quite frankly I would think it was tragic)?

oh sure... chatterbank was created in response to users' pleas. Then it was closed down again in response to user abuse. I expect they're now a bit wary of doing everything people want them to. But quite a few minor changes have been introduced at the request of ABers: changes in font (to deter imposters), improvements to the search function, timing added to posts. And that's just in my limited time here.

there have been some good changes lately, they are subtle and not necessarily useful to casual users of the site, but there are other things in the planning stage and these will be more user friendly/

As dot says,There's been subtle change's. In the last 12 months alone...the corridors between the Topics are now swept evey night...there have been tea and coffee machines installed...in Food &Drink..in the music.and sport.sections...there's a big Plasma T.V..There's a brand new creche..in parenting...And not forgetting H&G...have there own...blue peter garden.We were open 24 hours,..way before the pubs changed there times....and um...we have a Blog..!!...(:-)must run...ive got a boat to catch....!!
