Fancy Dress suggestions beginning with "S"?

I'm going to a fancy dress NYE party, the theme is things beginning with "S". The obvious ones springings to mind are "Superwoman,Spiderman,Superman", but I want to be really different. I don't mind looking like an idiot, but want to be ingenious with the costume. My boyfriend is also going so if you have any male/female suggestions I would e really interested to hear them. Really appreciate your thoughts.

Looking at the post below yours a sunflower or another obvious one is Santa, you could cheat by being a sexy or sizzling something ... (like nurse, policeman/woman/elf ) something that would give you a bigger scope. A sausage - not a very glam costume though unless you were a sparkling one! Sugar plum fairy. Sister (like a nun). You could persuade a mate to be the other half and go as the Scissor Sisters.

Although I do like the Sooty & Sweep idea as well.
