Here's one for any automotive electricians out there. On my new truck I have got a CB and a reversing camera fitted. The CB works fine until the camera is switched on, at which point I have to turn the squelch almost right up. I have tried putting an in line suppresor on the camera feed, but this makes no difference. In fact the only way to stop the interference is if I run the camera off an independant (my van) battery, but this is not exactly practical!! Anyone any ideas what I can do? I like to have the camera on all the time as it works as a rear view mirror (it is amazing how close some cars come) and did not have this problem on my old truck.
