Quilting, Sewing, hat making

Hi guys,

I hope that you're all OK today.

Since retiring my mother has started attending evening classes which mainly concentrate on quilting. She is already a competent sewer, so as you can imagine she has taken to this very quickly! I need to buy her a christmas gift and was thinking of something along these lines.

Any ideas of a relevant present (I have no knowledge of this as a craft)

If your mother wants something more challanging how about a book on trapunto, it's a more intricate quilting.
There are loads of books on all those crafts you mentioned.
If you know what she likes to make and her taste then some fabric maybe?
